Remote Assistance

Allow a support engineer to connect to your system to assist with troubleshooting.

  • Once you are on the phone with a member of our support team, you will be directed to this page where you can click on the "Remote Support" link. Once this page has loaded you must provide the client id to the support engineer in order to initiate the remote screen sharing session.
  • You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
